Weekly timetables

Weekly class timetables are issued to enrolled students at the start of each semester.

BCBT teaches in two semesters a year. Each semester has 16 weeks: 14 teaching weeks, midterm assessments worth one week (spread across the teaching period) and a final exam week, with breaks for Belgian public holidays and the Flemish school holidays. The spring semester 2027 starts on 22 February 2027 and the autumn semester 2027 on 27 September 2027; February and September starters follow the same semesters.

Your weekly timetable is issued to you once you are enrolled, before teaching starts

Timetables may be adjusted slightly at the start of the semester; any change is sent to you by email

Office hours and tutorials are arranged individually with your instructors

Exam and assessment schedules are published at least 4 weeks in advance
